As I learn more and more about libertarianism, I find myself drawn more and more to Henry David Thoreau. I hope to convey one of my favorite quotes here, "break the law", and also hope that one day I will have the strength to do just so.

Just in case you were confused by the Christian Right, yep. Mister Christ is still technically a persona non-grata of the Bush Administration.
He said, "No Child Left Behind", and then sunk them all so there was no real line to judge from. Brilliant. Then we find out that children between the ages of 8-12 are being imprisoned on a regular basis.
Maybe Dubya was referring to Gitmo, and we just didn't recognize it...
Eighteen years ago today the Tiananmen Square Massacre took place when students challenged the Chinese communists in power. They were met with a brutal crackdown but they taught us, once again, that people have a universal desire to be free from state control.
