After being given a ticket for jaywalking, when there was no traffic, Tim Carr and Shaun Selvage have been photographing police officers and other government officials jaywalking at the same spot. The police have even threatened them with the Homeland Security Act in an effort to thwart their attempts to have justice.
This is brilliant. Similar to my calling and reporting cops speeding, not signaling, and otherwise violating traffic laws, but with actual phtographic evidence. I have been trying to figgure out to to build a simple and fairly effective camera system for my car that I could operate without distract from driving.
On a more serious note, if you turn in or rat out, your fellow civilian citizen you are an aid to the cops, a valued concerned citizen, a neighboorhood watch member, blah, blah, balh. If, how\ever, you try the same thing with the police you are a terrorist.

That's pretty awesome. Sorta reminds me how the onset of digital camera phones are now allowing us to seek justice with abusive cops.
