Last year DC resident Rich Heller played an instrumental role in DC v. Heller, in which SCOTUS ruled that outright bans on firearm possession violate individual rights. It was a landmark decision, and a great victory for those who value freedom and responsibility or those that have any clue about the harms that have happened historically when other governments have prohibited civilians from owning firearms.

But the fight for the right to keep and bear arms didn’t end on June 26th as governments have attempted to interpret the ruling as narrowly as possible. But, being a true freedom fighter Heller has vowed to continue his fight, and has formed the Heller Foundation to do just that.

Recently the Heller Foundation and Bill of Rights Foundation, headed by friend Dane vonBreichenruchardt, teamed-up with WV-based Extreme Firepower to offer custom made rifles that among other things, feature an engraving of Heller’s signature and gold accents. Rifle buyers will also have the chance to meet Heller and vonBreichenruchardt at a private event. As vonBreichenruchardt noted:

Winning the first Heller case signaled the start of a very long race. Fully regaining our gun rights will be a marathon, not a sprint, and we’ll need a lot of help and support along the way
