If you’re not familiar with CATO yet, you probably should be. It’s a libertarian-leaning think-tank that publishes articles and studies on a wide variety of topics. Within the last few months, they’ve launched "Cato Unbound," a forum in which they invite writers and serious bloggers to participate in a punch/counterpunch debate on a particular issue.
