Smoking: Still Healthier Than Fascism
The D.C. Police Department took a little new authority and ran with it. The only problem was that the authority to enforce the newly enacted smoking ban is the Department of Health’s. The DCPD went so far as to swipe ashtrays and matchbooks calling them “smoking paraphernalia.” Someone was probably being murdered in D.C. while these cops were saving people from themselves.
