Sick, Tired, and Miserable
So yesterday started off with me waking up at 5 in the morning. By last nite I was feeling, tired, rundown, and sick. In fact I remember telling Jason this in an IM. Last night I went to bed at 10. Around midnight I woke up and began throwing up. It got all over the sheets before I could get to the bathroom.
It was so violent, my stomach was empty, yet I could not stop hacking. At several points I couldn’t breath, and had to force my stomach to stop wrenching. So eventually 5 AM hit, and I had gone 24 hours with 2 hours of sleep.
At 10:00 I stopped throwing up, and was able to fall asleep. I woke up at noon and could not fall back asleep. So I’ve gone almost 2 days on 4 hours of sleep, and a nasty cold. What scared me worst was dehydrating. I tried sipping water, eating ice, but it kept coming back up. Finally I got some ginger ale to stay done.
