Florida Strikes Down School Vouchers
The Florida Supreme Court struck down a voucher system that allowed some children to attend private schools at taxpayer expense, saying Thursday that it violates the state constitution’s requirement of a uniform system of free public schools.
So sending kids to private schools isnt allowed, but forcing them to attend sub-par public schools is… Hmm. Well I can see why they would do this. A population thats uniformly unedcutated is uniformly easier to control.
